Shipping costs

We deliver to Germany, to the countries of the European Union and to Switzerland. Orders of €150 or more ship free of charge.

We are unfortunately unable to deliver to other countries at present. Do write to us if you would like a delivery outside these zones — we will look at it case by case.

Delivery time

Delivery takes approximately 3–5 working days after payment. Deliveries to Switzerland may be delayed by customs clearance; any duties and import charges are borne by the recipient.

Payment methods

Payment is handled securely by our payment provider Stripe. Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay and Google Pay are available. Your card details are processed exclusively by Stripe and never reach our servers.

Prices

All prices shown are final prices including statutory VAT. For food sold by weight or volume we also show the base price per 100 g or 100 ml. Shipping costs are shown at checkout as soon as you have chosen a delivery country.
